At this size, comets generally can be around 3-12 months old and will have grown more into their gorgeous colouring. Indoor aquarists can enjoy interacting with them through the glass and watching them grow. If you’re a new pond owner, these are a great addition if you?e got your pond planted out. If you don?, consider adding some lilies for cover as outdoor pond owners do have to consider predatory birds. At this size, new lily planting would suffice as these fish are incredibly quick, they just need shelter.
